Dashboards​

  1. Onboarding Dashboard:

    Shows the current count of institutions onboarded in Project Samarth including the ones in onboarding phase and implementation phase. Along with that, it also shows:

    1. Types of Institutions on Project Samarth.
    2. Year wise onboarding of Institutions.
    3. Current Status of Institutions.
    4. List of institution.

GIT Boards​

  1. Support and Maintenance Board

    Records and tracks all the support requests sent by the Institutions.

    Maintained By: Manager Support, Project Samarth.

  2. Change Management Board

    Records and monitors progress of all the customisations and feature requests sent by the Instutions.

    Maintained By: Manager Support, Project Samarth.

  3. CRM Board

    Records the requests from the Institutions to be onboarded in Project Samarth and their current status. It also includes status of Institutions which are already onboarded and using Samarth Modules.
